Welcome to Arcanas ("App"), a mobile application designed for entertainment purposes. By accessing or using Arcanas, you agree to comply with and be bound by this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
This EULA is concluded between you and Arcanas only, not with Apple. Arcanas is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no responsibility for the App's performance, support, or content.
We grant you a non-transferable license to use Arcanas on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules outlined in their Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license allows access by other accounts via Family Sharing or volume purchasing where applicable.
Arcanas is responsible for maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. If Arcanas fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligations, and any additional claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses related to the App's failure to meet a warranty are our responsibility.
The content and features of Arcanas are intended solely for entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice. We disclaim any responsibility for actions you take based on the content provided. Use is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the App's use, as permitted by law.
By using Arcanas, you agree to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and comply with all laws and third-party agreements applicable to its use. Misuse, abuse, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
All content, graphics, text, images, and software within Arcanas are owned by us or our licensors. Any third-party claims alleging that the App infringes intellectual property rights will be addressed by Arcanas.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
While using Arcanas, you must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement, including ensuring your usage does not violate wireless data agreements or other service terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Arcanas offers subscription services through Apple Subscriptions. Fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions. Refer to Apple's Media Services Terms for further details.
